Everybody knows that BRAIN is a mysterious and miracle thing .We have studied lots of things about our brain in our subject and we know that brain divides in to two types like=
1.conscious
2.subconscious
conscious mind is always controlled by sense organs and it always do actions like some one controlling like we have to .touch.....smell....hear.....like those..
subconscious mind is always performs actions automatically...like regular things....in our daily life some actions performed automatically without our permission like daily brushing the teeth ,taking shower...
we can also perform brain actions by saying left brain and right brain...
in the world most of the people perform their daily actions and regular works by their right hand those people are always use right brain as their dominating one for those people by using left hand was very challenging one even for small actions like same opening the door , stepping a leg always by their right....
But compared to right hand users that is right brain users left brain users are very rare to see and they are very talented and skillful peoples.... so if we started to use left brain somehow slowly we can also boost our brain that is we can also perform a things actions anything we can done properly we can show 100 result.....

now let us see what are those simple exercises
1.AS we mentioned above do the things are actions by your left hand for eg; brush your teeth, step your left leg first ;start to write in your left hand also;
2.spell the words reversely
for eg; CAT in to TAC
3.write the words in to right in to left
4.do some morning exercises,,,, just relax your body like simple walk sit ups do whatever which you make feel free
5.ask yourselves
6.argue yourselves
7.go lightly before bed, don't put yourself as a burden in the bed
8.spend your time with kids or with cartoons,,,, which you loved and which you missed
9.see the color,,, some colors make you feel free like; green, sea blue.
10.read the books.... read the books which you motivates
like these simple daily exercises you can boost your brains....
and these above actions or exercises performed by conscious which is your doing by own and some boost up things are have which is made by your subconscious mind by doing these we can achieve lots of success in your daily life, let us see ;
