I, am in the last blog shared an article about brain , how to boost your brain .whatever you say, with out proper foundation, we can not built a house. In the same way, with out proper, healthy and nutritional foods we ca not boost our brain which means we can not use brain properly.
Actually ,
in the world, of course , we are not the strongest creatures but we have a strongest BRAIN it can control anything, any person in the world ..such, a power full brain should be used correctly if we used it in proper manners we can rule the world.
without healthy brain we can not perform like a pro
