Sleep is an amazing thing for a healthy and active brain. It plays an important role to keep a neurons  ACTIVELY in a brain for communicating purpose...I a brain neurons is the basic working unit. they use electrical impulses and chemical signals to transmit the information between different areas in the brain. Neurons it is also known as nerve cell...   

                    Recent research says that sufficient sleep removes TOXINS...in your brain. Brain health is still mystery in the biology world. Researchers feels that CEREBROSPINALFLUID(CSF) may removes the toxins out, cleaning the brain shown us that garbage out is highly improved by sleeping. Enough sleeps increases the functions of brain and helps to work more faster and accurate... 

                    Less amount of sleep cause the brain function and it impacts negatively in rest of the body, due to this we feel moody, depression, stress, and we slowly loss memory power....

                    The main problem of INSOMNIA, it strikes adolescence more than others, because if these now a days teens facing more problems like ,ANOREXIA,OBESITY, STRESS, DEPRESSION, less in MEMORY POWER, AGING at YOUNG AGE.

                Lack of sleep creates a problem in our immune system and it affect our digestive system tooo. And, we easily got sick.

Here, some problems are listed due to insomnia

                                

                            * less sleep is linked with certain cancers. specifically colon and breast cancers..

                            * skin doesn't recover its damage and it cant stop aging.

                            * poor quality of sleep leads a person in to very tired, for a tired person its hard to control their impulse which leads to unhealthy and obesity.

                            * who report poor sleep they don't have an ability to move communicate socially with each other. peoples are always feel lonely after their sleepless nights.

                            * being sleepy  makes it harder to learn new thing and they are lack in memory power. They face long-term memory or short-term memory 

                            * the main problem of insomnia for an elder peoples are Alzheimer, Hallucination and heart disease. the most of the peoples are always just be annoyed.



                            * it drains your sexual life and its hard to preform due to decrease of Testosterone because for a men and women these are important for their sexual relationship. Sufficient sleep increases the level of testosterone.

                            * you need sleep for muscles to get stronger to avoid atrophy.

                            * loss of sleep leads to face Type-2 diabetes, head aches, asthma, concentration power, due to lack of sleep they cant focus while driving it may occurs accidents...

 

                           

some points for good sleep,


                            1.avoid digital screening. our body have an hormone MELOTONIN it helps to keep the level of  natural sleep wake cycle. If we stay more time in night the produce level of hormone may be less and it affects both brain and body

                            2.say no to CAFFEINE like tea, coffee, chocolate, cool drinks.

                            3.maintain a regular time for a bed..

                            4.decrease your body temperature take shower before bed, it gradually decrease the body heat. 

                            5.cut it blacked out generally, we have an light detectors in our skin...so the brightness in the room affect your sleep. otherwise, you can use red color bulb as a night lamp.

                            6. keep your thoughts in to silent mode don't be over chatted  in with you.

                            7.you can also remove your inner wears.it can feel your body freely.
